Coach Craig Collins began his coaching career in 1988 when he was named Student Assistant Coach for Volleyball and Softball with The University of Akron. He transitioned into High School sports in 1990 until 1998 coaching Magnificat High School’s Varsity Softball team from 1990-95 and Westlake High School’s Varsity Football team from 1996-98. He returned to coaching on a college level in 1999 as Head Softball Coach at LCCC. From 1990-99, Coach Craig devoted himself to the YMCA. He was in charge of Youth Sports and YMCA Summer sport camps. He currently is an Avon Lake Recreation Volunteer Coach, and has been since 2001. He has been coaching Preschool Sports since January of 2010.
